The reconciliation marathon
Fundraising exports a spreadsheet, finance keys it into the general ledger, and the two numbers still don't match. Month-end becomes a hunt for the difference.
Ignite Finance
Ignite Finance is the platform's financial truth layer: gift, batch, pledge, and recurring processing that flows straight into journal entries, trial balance, and balance-verified GL extract, so development and accounting share one record instead of reconciling two systems.
30 minutes. Live product. Real data. No deck.
The actual screens
Ignite Finance running end to end: gift activity, the batches behind it, the funds it lands in, and a fiscal year that balances before anything reaches accounting.
These screens are built and pending the v1 release gate.
Amount, count, batch volume and the activity trend read off the same records development enters — not off an export somebody re-keyed.

Each batch keeps its own count, amount, date, status and entry type, so high-volume entry stays fast without losing the audit trail.

A fund carries its code and its restriction classification, so restricted and unrestricted revenue separate at entry instead of at month-end.

Debits and credits agree on the journal before anything is handed over, and the general ledger leaves as a balanced CSV or XLSX file.

The month-end tax
Development reports one number. Accounting certifies another. Closing the gap between them is somebody's week, every single month.
Fundraising exports a spreadsheet, finance keys it into the general ledger, and the two numbers still don't match. Month-end becomes a hunt for the difference.
A donor-advised fund check arrives from an intermediary, and crediting it to the donor who deserves it is a manual detective exercise every time.
Batches, pledges, and recurring gifts live in one system; the statement lives in another. Every handoff is a chance for the numbers to drift.
Process once
Gifts, batches, pledges, and recurring giving run through one engine that feeds journal entries and trial balance directly, with no re-keying between tools.
Hand off clean
The GL extract engine verifies balance and adds a checksum before anything leaves the building, then exports to the CSV or XLSX your accounting system imports.
Credit it correctly
First-class payor records track the third party that sent the money and the donor who earns the credit, so soft credits stop being a manual chore.
One set of numbers
Because fundraising and finance share one record, the gap closes at the source, and Ignite Intelligence reasons over the same numbers everyone else sees.
Every capability works on the same live record as the rest of the platform.

Ignite is not a database with a chatbot bolted on. Truth, intelligence, and action share one operating model, and Ignite Finance plays its part in it.
01
Profiles, records, and context give the platform a trustworthy foundation to reason from.
02
Digital teammates work from that record, researching, drafting, and preparing next steps.
03
Ignite prepares drafts, tasks, and recommendations, then waits for human approval before meaningful updates.

Pricing that behaves
Add your whole team without a licensing conversation. AI teammates come with every subscription, because intelligence should be how the platform works, not an upsell.
Gift officers, events staff, finance, leadership. Everyone works the same record.
Every AI teammate is part of the subscription. There is no premium intelligence tier.
Revenue-based pricing you can read without a sales call. Usage alerts and caps keep it predictable.

Book a Discovery CallThe GL extract engine generates balanced, checksum-verified extracts with clean CSV/XLSX export that your accounting system imports, whether that's QuickBooks, Business Central, or any general ledger. Journal entries and trial balance live inside the platform, so what you hand accounting is already reconciled.
Every gift, pledge payment, and recurring charge is processed once and carries through to journal entries, trial balance, and GL extract inside the same platform. Development and finance look at the same record, so month-end stops being a reconciliation exercise between the CRM export and the accounting system.
Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.Net gateways, with ACH via PayPal Payflow, and Apple Pay and Google Pay through our integrated giving experience. Donor-advised funds and other intermediaries get first-class payor records, so the check from Fidelity Charitable credits the right donor.
